This review is being undertaken to lay the foundation for subsequent Monarch Collaboration work.
Some refugees and migrants experience immunisation inequities and are at a higher risk of vaccine preventable diseases. There is a need to better understand the reasons for non- or under-immunisation, and what, if any, barriers exist with immunisation service delivery, with the view to improve immunisation service delivery and risk communication approaches for refugees and migrants.
The review is expected to be completed in 2017, prepared and submitted for publication.
